Privacy policy
Effective July 9, 2026
This policy describes information processed by the hosted CRM service. A customer organization normally decides why its contact and customer records are processed; in that situation, the organization is the controller and the service acts on its instructions.
Information processed
The service processes account details, workspace membership, contacts, messages, call and booking records, jobs, documents, payments metadata, form submissions, integration settings, device and browser information, audit events, and support communications. The exact data depends on the features your organization enables.
How information is used
Information is used to provide requested features, authenticate users, route communications, process transactions, maintain audit history, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. Customer data is not sold as an advertising audience.
Service providers and integrations
Data may be shared with infrastructure, storage, email, telephony, payment, analytics, or AI providers only as needed for enabled features and operations. When a user connects a third-party integration, information is also handled under that provider's privacy terms.
Retention and security
Information is retained while an account is active and as needed for backups, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal requirements. Retention can vary by record type and customer agreement. Administrative, technical, and logging controls are used to reduce risk, but no online system can promise absolute security.
Your choices
Workspace users can update account details and may request export or deletion through their administrator. People whose information was placed in a customer workspace should contact that organization first. Requests sent to the service operator may be routed to the appropriate customer organization.
Questions and updates
Use the support channel shown in your workspace for privacy questions or the service operator's current legal contact information. Material policy changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, where appropriate, an in-product notice.
