Terms of service
Effective July 9, 2026
These terms govern use of this hosted CRM service. If your organization has a signed order, master services agreement, data processing agreement, or other written contract, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, protect login credentials, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the people you invite, the records you upload, and the instructions you give the service.
You may not misuse the service, interfere with other customers, probe systems without permission, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, or use the service to violate another person's rights.
Customer communications and data
You are responsible for having the notices, permissions, and consents required for email, SMS, calling, recording, payments, marketing, and other customer communications. You keep ownership of the data you submit and authorize its processing to provide and secure the service.
Third-party services
Features may connect to providers such as payment processors, communications platforms, calendars, storage services, or AI providers. Their terms and availability also apply. The service will not treat an integration as connected unless the provider confirms it.
Fees, suspension, and termination
Pricing, trial length, renewal, usage charges, and payment terms are set by the applicable order or plan shown at purchase. Access may be limited or suspended for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, or a material breach. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to your plan or signed agreement.
Service changes and warranties
Features may change as the product develops. Except for promises in a signed agreement, the service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
